    Review procedure

We are in the finish of submitting the revised manuscripts. In general, the deadline was 31st January 2020, except for those authors who have extended submission deadline due to delay of some reviewers. All authors are kindly asked to consider the deadlines communicated by the Program Committee (PC) as strict deadlines and to submit their revised manuscript in the best possible professional and formatting quality. Please format your paper according to the styles provided by the TMCE paper formatting template. Please submit the .PDF version of your revised manuscript on the EasyChair system using the originally assigned paper number, and do not forget to update the publication data (title, authors, abstract) on the system. Please send the MS WORD .DOC or .DOCX version of your revised manuscript to Prof. Horváth (i.horvath@tudelft.nl), who is coordinating the final checking of the layouts and the compilation of the digital Proceedings and the Preliminary Program, as attachment.

    Copyright Transfer Form

If you have yet not done, please send the filled in and signed TMCE 2020 copyright transfer form (CRTF) to Prof. Keenaghan (garrett.keenaghan@tudublin.ie), who is coordinating the administrative and financial registration processes. Without the signed CRTF and a full registration for each paper publication and presentation will not be possible. At least one author of each accepted paper is supposed to register for the TMCE 2020 Symposium. You will receive a final acceptance letter when the PC has checked that your manuscript has been revised according to the comments of the reviewers and the recommendations of the Program Committee. The TMCE 2020 copyright transfer form (CRTF) is in the downloads section of the website.

    Author registration

It is well-known that at least one author is supposed to register for the TMCE 2020 Symposium for each accepted paper, benefiting from the opportunity of Early Full Registration of Author(s). The financial mechanism has been set up to receive your registration. You will be able to initiate it from the TMCE website soon. In our next e-mail, we will inform you about the procedure and all important pieces of information.

We thank you for your contribution and collaboration once more, and look forward to welcoming you at the Symposium in Dublin. Please call the attention of your colleagues or other professionals to this event who might be interested in joining. With kind regards, Prof. Dr. Garrett Noel Keenaghan Prof. Dr. Imre Horvath co-chairmen
